The Food & Beverage team provides food and beverage services to our members and guests across all areas of the club.
They manage the preparation of dining spaces and serving of all food items. This includes servicing our members’ and guests’ needs in our dining room, lounge, patio, banquet spaces and on course. Positions include:
- Servers (18+ with ProServe certification)
- On Course Food & Beverage Attendants (18+ with ProServe certification)

The Culinary team manages menu development and prepares the dishes served in our dining room, lounge and banquet spaces. The food items for our outdoor food outlets are also made from scratch by this talented team of professional chefs. Positions include:
- Chef de Parties (lead station chefs)
- Line & Prep Cooks
